Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering the commercial, operational, and customer performance of a defined portfolio of student accommodation assets. The role will lead multi-site teams to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets, while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all sites.
