As an embedded Talent Sourcer you will work from first principles to identify, engage, and pipeline world-class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client's recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage. You will: As a Talent Sourcer, you will embed directly into our high-growth client engagements and own the top-of-funnel talent pipeline for critical Tech roles. You will operate as a sourcing specialist, working from first principles to build targeted candidate lists, craft compelling outreach, and deliver a consistent flow of high-calibre candidates into our clients' hiring funnels. This role demands creativity, tenacity, and the ability to move fast in ambiguous, high-trajectory environments.
