Senior Paralegal

The Role We're looking for a highly motivated and organised Senior Paralegal to join our growing Legal & Compliance team. You'll be a key operational and legal partner across a range of matters - from commercial contracts, corporate governance, marketing, regulatory and cross border compliance — taking end-to-end ownership of complex projects in a fast-moving, remote-first environment and expected to operate with significant autonomy. Responsibilities: Contracts: Draft, review and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements: SaaS/IaaS, NDAs, vendor, partnership and data processing agreements. Develop and maintain standard templates, playbooks and approval workflows. Corporate governance: Manage global entity records: formations, qualifications, dissolutions and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions. Support corporate governance activities, including board resolutions, corporate minute books, cap tables, governance documentation, entity maintenance, and subsidiary management across multiple jurisdictions.
