Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Poland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As the Claims Operations Leader for Nordics, The Netherlands and Ireland, you will direct claims operations activities to optimize effective and efficient delivery of services. You will oversee processes and departmental strategy while managing the impact and delivery of change to increase team operational goals and maximize process efficiencies. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and operational excellence to deliver enhanced commercial value for Marsh clients and internal stakeholders.
