Description The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at University of Washington invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an anticipated start date of start date of September 1, 2026, but is flexible. The Division of Anatomic Pathology (AP) seeks a Neuropathologist to join our Neuropathology subspecialty service on the clinician educator track. We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. The successful candidate will join our faculty on a full-time basis. Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. This position is full-time and non-tenured due to reasons of funding.
