Description Mission: Our mission is to develop fellows who are both knowledgeable in the essential areas of medical education and who are ready to improve medical education within Emergency Medicine. The program includes focus on the following areas: design and administration of educational programs (graduate and undergraduate medical education programs), curriculum development, effective skill in feedback, mentorship, and learner assessment, as well as development as a skilled educator across various settings. Duration: 1-2 years (2 year fellows complete MEHP degree) Advanced degrees/other education: Fellows can apply for the Masters in Education for the Health Professions at Johns Hopkins School of Education. They can also apply to the ACEP Teaching Fellowship or take courses through the Johns Hopkins Faculty Development Office. General Goals: The Education Fellowship is designed to address the following core objectives: 1.
