We handle the scheduling and logistics so you can focus on what you do best: delivering premium, one-on-one care in a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van. - Paid time off - Training & development - Wellness resources Responsibilities: - Deliver full-cycle grooms on a manageable daily schedule that prioritizes safety and quality - Work independently in the van while communicating clearly with clients and the team - Maintain sanitation standards and care for equipment Compensation: Daily earnings of $275–$400 per day (commission + tips) once a full schedule is established. Ramp guarantee: While your route builds, you'll receive $15/hr for scheduled hours plus 100% of tips. You always earn the greater of your daily commission or the hourly guarantee.
