Summary: The Pre-Fund Insurance Analyst is a critical role responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of mortgage insurance documentation and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. This insurance analyst is a member of a team of insurance professionals with extensive multifamily experience working in the commercial insurance industry. Strong experience on review of Property and Casualty insurance and a vast knowledge of commercial insurance coverage including compliance reviews for Agency (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD) portfolios with risk assessment and insurance operations compliance. The person filling this position will work directly with the Insurance Operations Manager, Insurance Coordinators and the Insurance Analysts on the Pre-Fund team all with the intent on providing and maintaining the integrity and adequacy of insurance coverage for the Agency lender loans.
