Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring procedures and SSOPs are followed to perform cleaning on production equipment to ensure safety, hygiene, and food safety. Qualifications: Maker's Pride is an Equal Opportunity Employer. - Cleaning and sanitation of idle production equipment using the established procedures. - Completes required reporting to reflect activity completed during the shift. - Advises supervisor when supplies need to be ordered and raises any challenges that are occurring during the shift. - Operate COP and CIP systems - Ensures the correct chemical concentrations are being used - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; at least six months experience in a sanitation production environment preferred. - Supervisory skills are desired. - Must have some Microsoft Office skills. - Familiarity with COP and CIP systems. - Familiarity with refractometers a plus - Familiarity and understandi...
