The District Manager will ensure successful profitability and performance for multiple locations in assigned territory. This leader will have the opportunity to enhance existing Site Leadership while developing and building a talent bench critical to the Company’s growth strategy. As District Manager, this leader will thrive in fast-paced environment and has hands-on entrepreneurial style that can easily create the tactics needed to support Okie Express Auto Wash’s strategic outcomes. Operations Management: - Administer and oversee budgets for each location and overall Market. - Ensure labor targets are successfully achieved weekly. - Accountable for Sales, Operations, and P&L for Market - Oversee all Market projects, including staff and client relations. - Enforce standards and regulations for all sites, staff, and contractors in the Market. - Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations. - Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity, revenue, and profit. - Hire, train, and develop Site Managers and build succession plans for the roles. - Interact regularly with executive team...
