Bay Disposal , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscience Maintenance Clerk to join our team in Hampton, VA . This position will provide maintenance parts inventory & parts order processing to our Bay Disposal-Hampton site. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct self in an appropriate and safe manner, in accordance with District Safety policies. Administer and maintain parts and supplies inventories utilizing company maintenance tracking software and other various systems. Perform annual and monthly stock inventories as directed utilizing company maintenance software data entry and reconciliation. Purchase and track all maintenance parts, goods and services as directed. Administer and maintain company warranty program and tracking through maintenance tracking software. Stocks shelves clean and maintain maintenance facility to insure a safe and orderly work area in accordance with all District / Company requirements. Research parts through parts manuals, OEM, and vendor interaction. Perform clerical duties as required. Loading and unloading of parts and supplies from company, vendor, or delivery vehicles.
