Global Engineering Operations Manager

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: Support a Global Account, by aiding a team of facility managers, supporting daily functions such as building mechanical operations, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting issues, code compliance, and fire, life safety. In addition, manage and oversee CMMS program, environmental reporting, energy / utility management, and may assist in carrying out the implementation of programs and small projects as required, assisting the facility team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Implements the engineering, safety and code compliant programs, policies and procedures established by the Company to maximize client portfolio value. Ensure that on-site personnel implement these programs. Responsible for ensuring the 14001 program for all applicable offices is current, including conducting regular audits and reviews of all data inputs. Manages the preparation and coordination of health & safety, fire, life safety, and other safety programs.
