Mission Brief Your Role in Our Space Mission - Act as trusted business partner for Engineering departments. - Drive the budgeting and forecasting process together with the business partners and the rest of the FP&A team. - Prepare and deliver accurate monthly internal reporting, highlighting variances and key performance indicators. - Lead project-controlling activities, monitoring financial performance, risks, and opportunities within Engineering departments. Qualification Checklist: - Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FP&A/Controlling within an industrial/manufacturing or design engineering environment. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP. - Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Structured and organized working style with clear prioritization skills. - Collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships across functions. - High level of proactivity and self-motivation. - Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Valid driver’s license...
