JOB SUMMARY: Job Profile Summary: Prepares, analyzes, negotiates, interprets and communicates information from complex legal documents as applicable to the position and/or business segment(s). Maintains contracts and relevant information in applicable data management systems. Assists in other contract administration functions with a strong awareness of related policies and procedures.
