Senior Corporate Paralegal Description -: Senior Corporate Paralegal HP is seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our in-house Corporate Legal team, supporting a broad range of Corporate legal matters, including M&A and integrations, securities compliance and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solutions-oriented partner to the Corporate Legal team and stakeholders across the company, capable of working both independently and collaboratively on complex assignments with a high degree of expert knowledge, skill, and judgment. Responsibilities: - Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, NDAs, closing deliverables, state corporate filings, securities filings, M&A-related regulatory investigations, and billing and budgeting matters - Support M&A integration and separation planning activities, including cross-functional coordination with stakeholders to integrate people, processes, policies, systems, and contracts - Support compliance with M&A and finance covenants - Support SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements, and related materials - Manage and coordinate NYSE listing standards compliance - Support co...
