Job description

Education: - Bible or Theology degree at undergrad level or higher preferred - Credentialed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance or working towards it Previous Pastoral Experience: - 5-10 years of ministry experience desired with one tenure of at least 5 years in length as senior pastor preferred - Experience and/or willingness to work with students Strengths & Interests: - Demonstrated lifestyle of prayer and reliance on the Lord - Bible-based, relatable, diverse preaching style with a leaning towards teaching and expository preaching - Frequently incorporates Gospel Message into Sunday sermons - Team-oriented - Visionary - Ability to build towards the future - Teamwork focused - Ability to delegate and manage various personality types - Ability to train and empower others - Evangelism - A heart for the lost - Able to communicate with unchurched people - Ability to preach to an audience with less Biblical literacy - Connects with others - Willing to provide care to those in hospital or nursing home settings - Direct yet kind in difficult conversations (not passive aggressive) - Relates well to others in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings - Ability to disciple and...
