About the role As Finance Planning & Analysis Manager , you will play a key role in steering IQVIA Netherlands’ financial performance across all business units. Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, you will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial insight to support decision-making, drive transparency, and continuously improve financial processes. This is a hands-on, business-facing FP&A role with real exposure to country leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and develop a strong understanding of IQVIA’s commercial model in a dynamic healthcare environment. What you will do: Financial planning, forecasting & reporting: - Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for Revenue and Costs across IQVIA Netherlands - Own the in-quarter revenue and cost forecasting cycle, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely insights for senior management - Deliver timely and accurate monthly actuals reporting (Revenue, Costs, FTE, CAPEX, DSO, D&A), in close collaboration with local and offshore Accounting teams Business partnering & insight: - Act as a finance partner to the General Manager, Sales, Commerc...
