Job Title: Tool Room Attendant (3rd shift: 8pm – 5am) Company: Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee: Department: Production Engineering: Location: Clinton, Tennessee (AACT): Position Responsibilities: The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position: · Set-up of cutting tools for the machining lines following tool setup instructions written in English. · Using Zoller presetter equipment to measure tool offset & runout. · Receiving / Inventory of cutting tool components. · Recording cutting tool data from kanban to database. · Collecting used tools from the lines for reload & returning reloaded tooling back to lineside storage cabinets. · Packaging and shipment of used tools to be sent out for reconditioning. · Maintaining 3-pillar and 5-S standards of tool room area and lineside storage cabinets.
