Department: Office of the Provost The Office of the Provost oversees several strategic initiatives that directly impact the student, faculty, and staff experience at the university. In support of all academic endeavors, these initiatives include planning for future needs and direction, supporting inclusive excellence in all aspects of the academic mission, and nurturing UMBC’s goal of being an access institution. Position Overview: The Office of the Provost is seeking a Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist to provide comprehensive pre- and post-award administrative and financial support. This role serves as a key member of the Shared Services Center, managing research-related accounts and ensuring the success of the university's research mission.
