Location: New Braunfels,Texas,United States Anderson Columbia Inc . is currently seeking a Safety Coordinator for our New Braunfels TX Location. Full Time Position: Monday - Friday: Pay Scale : Annual salary ranging from $72,000 to $82,000 Responsibilities -: - Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident - Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events - Attend safety walks and inspections before or during each project to analyze safety risks - Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation - Update, monitor and continue the development of company safety policies, procedures, and training programs for new and existing Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) issues. - Conduct risk assessment - Enforce preventative measures - Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes Qualifications -: - Must have Valid Driver’s License. - Must have dependable transportation. - MSHA Certified. - OSHA Certified. - Ability to travel. - Previous experience in the Mining Industry. - Basic Comput...
