Position Summary The Accounts Payable Coordinator plays an important role in supporting our accounting operations by providing accurate, timely, and service-oriented financial and administrative support. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. This role will be dedicated to the American House Portfolio at our corporate HQ in Southfield, MI . Key Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of vendor invoices using an electronic approval system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Ensure invoices are batched daily into the accounting system - Execute timely and accurate payment processing in alignment with weekly schedules - Monitor and maintain accounts payable records, including wire and auto-debit payment updates - Review and reconcile vendor statements, ensuring all invoices and credits are accounted for - Maintain vendor files, including W-9 forms and current insurance documentation - Respond to internal and external inquiries within 24 hours, providing excellent customer service - Generate and analyze reports from multiple systems throughout the month - Process monthly entertainer reimbursements -...
