Job description

As the Guest Services Lead at The Plateau Club, you will manage the daily operations of the golf shop and coordinate with the Head Golf Professional/Director of Golf to provide exceptional service to our guests. This includes meeting or exceeding our established standards for guest satisfaction, sales, and financial performance. As the Golf Guest Services Lead, you must lead by example by taking a proactive position on all issues concerning the golf shop and guest services.
