TITLE: Production Technician LOCATION: Lexington, KY: REPORTS TO: Area Leader: Key Responsibilities: The technician position at the Jif Peanut Butter Plant is an opportunity to build a career in a technical process manufacturing environment. All technicians are members of self-sufficient teams, operating in a semi-autonomous environment. Technicians are expected to continually learn new skills, develop leadership skills and be active “team” members. Technicians can expect to grow their compensation as their skills grow.
