Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $15.48 - Midpoint: $18.56 (Hourly N2) Department/Organization: 508108 - Capstone Village Facility Cost Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm; some weekends Job Summary: The Building Services Assistant performs a wide variety of manual and technical duties in the maintenance and repair of campus buildings. Additional Department Summary: Provides basic labor for landscape and flower installation and maintenance. Drives University vehicles such as trucks, golf carts, and mowers. Required Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions. Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
