Job description
Under the direction of the Director, Physician Relations the primary role of the Physician Liaison is to develop and maintain effective relationships with referring providers by acting as a trusted and reliable resource for communication, information, and problem solving to ensure Seattle Children's is the referral site of choice for pediatric specialty care within our region. Physician Liaisons engage with organizational, service line, and clinical leadership to actively promote high-priority programs and services to referring provider audiences in their assigned territory. They provide input to Seattle Children's leadership regarding referring provider feedback and serve internally as a subject matter expert for their assigned territory. Physician Liaisons help ensure overall effectiveness of the Physician Relations program through analyzing data and referral patterns and utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities and risks within assigned territory, in alignment with the Seattle Children's strategic plan.
