Job title : HR Business Partner - Location: Istanbul, Türkiye - Reports to Head of HR Lüleburgaz About the Job: Support and give consultancy to people managers and employees in all HR processes (Such as performance management, individual development plans, talent management, career planning and succession plans, workforce planning, recruitment, HR policies, disciplinary cases etc.) by collaborating with all HR team. Objective: Provide strategic HR consultation and support to people managers and employees across all HR processes. Main responsibilities: Ensure proper and consistent application of all HR policies and processes across the organization by closely working with people managers and all HR team Partner with managers to develop and implement individual development plans Support managers in recruitment process from defining roles to onboarding activities Provide career development guidance to employees and managers, including advice on available learning opportunities Build and manage learning and development programs.
