We need a leader to oversee business development, fee proposals, assist design staff to complete projects ensuring guidelines and guide junior staff. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the point of contact for the Land Development group - Lead the business development effort for Land Development market - Lead the operations and production efforts - Coordination with other Land Development staff companywide - Hire local staff to support the market - Manage projects and client relationships - Development of project work plan and scope of work - Prepare fee proposals and track and manage project budgets and invoicing - Prepare roadway, grading, drainage, water, and sewer plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D - Produce project deliverables including technical memoranda, design plans and spe...
