IS Program Manager 260000XU Description Program Focus: Change Readiness: The IS Program Manager – Change Readiness will lead the development and operationalization of a system-wide change readiness program to enable successful clinical technology platform implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. The Program Manager will establish and govern structured processes for planning and coordination of readiness activities, ensuring alignment with operational needs, patient safety, and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include leading integrated change plans across stakeholder groups, collaborating with training and communications teams, and partnering with clinical, operational, and informatics leaders to drive workflow adoption and sustainment. The Program Manager will implement digital solutions to facilitate readiness activities, including but not limited to training and communications platforms, clinical asset tracking, and process documentation.
