Description Summary/Objective: The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation of a retail facility. Manages the daily operations, customer service, financial results, and staffing. Their duties include hiring, training, motivating, and reviewing sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the facility. Additional duties may be assigned.
