Hours: 35 Hours per week Closing Date: Thu, 23 Apr 2026 As a Senior Enterprise Architecture Manager, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture layer within Technology Services, shaping the Society’s enterprise wide technology strategy, architecture principles, guardrails, capability maps and roadmaps. You will provide architectural coherence across Homes, Money, Enablement and TTR, ensuring the organisation moves in a unified strategic direction that supports simplification, automation and value flow. Acting as the practice lead for Enterprise Architecture, you will mature architectural capabilities, embed consistent decision making , and ensure solutions architecture seamlessly aligns to enterprise direction. You will also act as a deputy for the Director of Technology when required , supporting both Skipton and the wider Skipton Group. Who are we?: Not just another building society. Not just another job.
