Jenks, OK - We are looking for a Mortgage Trailing Documents Specialist that has Excel skills and understands legal descriptions (or land descriptions). This role will audit, ship and correct issues while working with county clerk offices and title companies to complete the mortgage files. Administrative/clerical exp required, mortgage exp preferred. Audits all trailing documents per Agency/Investor guidelines. Mortgage Trailing Documents Specialist I ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): Qualifications - Audits all Agency/Investor trailing documents including loan closing recording fees. - Coordinates with the document custodian, Investors, and servicers to deliver any correction(s) required to satisfy Agency/Investor guidelines. - Communicates with title companies and county records offices to coordinate corrections or obtain missing trailing documents. - Reviews Not Yet Purchased loans daily to insure proper storing/shipping for Agency/Investor. - Requests checks for, or submits electronically, the...
