Job Title: Structural Estimator / CAD Operator Location: Ashland, VA Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually, based on experience Additional Pay: Performance-based increases and bonus opportunities We are seeking an experienced Structural Estimator / CAD Operator to join a growing structural steel organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating expertise and hands-on CAD experience within the structural steel industry. Position Overview: The Structural Estimator / CAD Operator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, reviewing structural steel drawings, and supporting design and modeling efforts. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
