Your mission Your mission: You'll be the last set of eyes before a pair of Zellerfeld shoes reaches a customer. Your job is to make sure every shoe meets our standards, document what you find, and share insights with the team so we keep getting better. No engineering background needed — just sharp eyes, good focus, and clear communication. What you'll do: Inspect shoes at different production stages for visual and structural quality — patterns, finish, consistency Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while helping contribute to making improvements for training and high-quality products Document findings, track recurring issues, and maintain clear QC logs Handle rejected pairs — document, report, and help resolve them Report insights and suggestions back to the product team.
