Senior Associate, Treasury Management Associate Aligned to one or more Commercial Banking business segments, the Treasury Management Associate (TMA) provides primary sales support to aid in meeting revenue targets. Working throughout the sales cycle with the Treasury Management Sales (TM Sales) team, the TMA provides key support by maintaining a client focus with an awareness and understanding of implementing products and services. This role supports sales activities, facilitates client onboarding of treasury services (and potentially deposit products), along with assisting TM Sales with ongoing client relationship management activities. The goal of the position is to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to help clients quickly onboard their products/services and support them in ramping up to full utilization. Treasury Management Associates regularly identify opportunities to improve the client experience and enhance Capital One’s brand in the marketplace.
