Position Number: 100920: Classification Title: Coordinator II Working Title: Aquatic Manager Department: Recreation Services: FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: $52,551 Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARY: Manage and coordinate daily operations of the UWF Aquatic Center. This role coordinates the pool schedule, manages lifeguard staffing, oversees safety systems, develops aquatic programming, and ensures facility readiness. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recreation, the Aquatic Manager is crucial in maintaining safe, efficient aquatic facilities and programs that comply with University policies and regulatory standards. Coordinates that event set-up/tear down is executed as stated in customer contracts. Assists in generating all deposits and daily reconciliation of all cash, credit, and check transactions for the Aquatic Center and HLS Facility, as needed.
