The Tax Reporting & Tax Reclaim team in Global Operations delivers state-of-the-art client tax reports and withholding tax reclaim services in a global context of an international bank as well as a continuous focus to improving processes and high-quality controls. The Team Head is responsible for planning and achieving these targets, while supporting and coaching the team. YOUR CHALLENGE: Ensure on time, state-of-the-art international client tax report production Ensure timely and accurate processing of withholding tax reclaim applications Adhere to guidelines & policies: Manage incidents and resolutions: Support the development of new solutions in close collaboration with the product manager Handle single queries of high complexity Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, automating manual step and controls, enhancing process scalability, efficiency and stability P...
