What's the role? We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Coordinator to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our HR systems and processes. This role is a unique blend of technical payroll administration and rigorous auditing. You will oversee superannuation compliance, system configurations, and complex reporting. ER & Payroll Audits: Execute comprehensive audits on all payroll and ER-required datasets to ensure accuracy and legislative adherence.EBA/Award audit comparison to system configuration Audit Management: Take full ownership of existing audit schedules, ensuring no lapse in oversight or data integrity. System Maintenance: Oversee and execute configuration setups within the payroll system to reflect changes in legislation, company policy, or EBAs. Process Optimization: Identify system gaps and work to streamline payroll workflows through better technical utilization. Reporting: Design and generate complex reports for stakeholders, focusing on compliance metrics, labor costs, and audit findings.
