This role ensures operational excellence in referral management, participant supervision, documentation, and store integration. The position safeguards the integrity of our social enterprise by ensuring that transitional and supported work participants contribute reliably to store operations while receiving structured supervision and support. This is an operator-first leadership role with executive maturity. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: 1. Operational Leadership Responsible for transitional and supported work across all participating stores. Lead Community Employment Training Team. Ensure steady, reliable participant labor inputs into Donated Goods Retail (DGR) operations. Protect store managers from case-management burdens. 2.
