We are looking for strategic and analytical individuals to drive innovative, competitive compensation rewards programs that attract, reward and retain our best assets, our people! To that end, our Global Compensation team is looking for a Senior Director, Compensation Partners to play significant leadership across MongoDB’s global compensation programs, co-leading the team alongside the Director of Compensation Operations Reporting to our VP, Total Rewards, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a key architect of our compensation strategy as we continue to scale globally.
