Role Overview We are recruiting a Branch Supervisor to join our Landscape Centre team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, leading a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, organised and commercially successful branch environment. The successful candidate will be a practical, reliable and customer-focused supervisor who can balance operational duties with people management and commercial responsibilities. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and support branch colleagues, providing clear direction, coaching and development to ensure high standards of service, productivity and safety. Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and supporting sales activities to maximise branch performance. Oversee daily yard and shop operations including loading/unloading, order fulfilment, stock presentation and customer collections to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
