Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Lead Ambulatory Service Representative plays a critical role in promoting increased utilization of Loyola Medicine services by delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Loyola Medicine. This role ensures effective clerical and administrative operations within the ambulatory service area while maintaining the highest customer service standards to consistently exceed patient and customer expectations.
