In this role, you'll: Join the Intercity Services team as an Area Manager and this role will see you manage a cross-functional customer service team with accountability for the operation across both station and train crew functions for either one of two roles - the Southern Highlands and South Coast region, or Newcastle and Hunter region. The management of your allocated area will see you problem-solve and investigate a vast range of matters to ensure appropriate action and remedial recommendations are taken to resolve issues whilst at the same promote and deliver increased community and customer engagement.
