The Environmental Compliance Specialist supports enterprise operations by developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental compliance programs aligned with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role operates across organizational boundaries to support regulatory alignment, risk reduction, and consistent execution in vegetation management, utility infrastructure, and right-of-way activities. Work includes a combination of regulatory research, engineering-informed program development, field engagement, and systems-based activities to ensure environmental requirements are translated into practical, executable processes that support operational performance and compliance. This role includes ownership of defined environmental compliance programs or workstreams, with accountability for development, implementation, and continuous improvement outcomes. This role is expected to build environmental compliance standards where they do not currently exist.
