Description Nurse Practitioner Chicago Family Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care to patients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of health care professionals to conduct diagnostic evaluations and prescribe appropriate treatments based on evidence-based research within the scope of standards of practice for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses.
