Live Long Well Care is seeking an experienced Home Care LPN. Office is conveniently located just off of I-40 and Stratford Road. This position is responsible for providing some direct care and compliance support for nursing as well as possibly assisting with some outreach directly to prospects, hospitals, physician offices, rehab clinics, senior organizations. We are private pay (not Medicare or Medicaid certified) and provide private duty skilled and non-skilled services for the senior/elderly population. This position reports to the CSM (Client Services Manager). POSITION SUMMARY: Provides hands on resident care, proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations. Level I – Basic competencies and knowledge of nursing: Client Examination and Assessments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
