Job description

We are looking for a Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) and Senior Director – Financial Services Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Vice President (VP), Finance, Infrastructure and Visitor Services, you will play a key role in the sound and rigorous management of the organization's financial resources. You will act as a strategic partner to senior management and actively contribute to organizational performance, risk management, and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the reliability of financial information, optimize processes, and comply with regulatory frameworks, while supporting the evolution and modernization of financial practices. - Produce accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and the board of directors, in compliance with applicable laws, including the Financial Administration Act (FAA)t and the Museums Act. - Collaborate closely with the Museum teams to align the financial strategy with the organization's objectives. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary. - Contribute to internal and external audits by providing all required information. - Lead al...
