Summary: Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems in resort and restaurant facilities. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and physical structures, including electrical systems and plumbing. Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on Life Safety Systems and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Maintain and repair hotel aesthetics (painting, furniture maintenance, etc.).
