Role Description As a Recruiter at Dropbox, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll operate with autonomy and strong business judgment, partnering closely with leaders to translate team roadmaps into tailored hiring strategies. You’ll build competitive pipelines in specialized domains, guide stakeholders through structured assessment and decision making, and deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience in highly competitive talent markets. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence scalable hiring practices in an AI First environment through data, market insights, and AI-enabled tools.
