This role blends strategic marketing with hands-on recruitment activities to ensure the organization attracts, engages, and hires qualified candidates who support the agency’s Mission and Vision. The RMS manages candidate pipelines, promotes the employer brand across digital and in-person channels, and builds partnerships that strengthen long-term workforce development. Job Responsibilities and Performance Standards: Attraction & Sourcing Develop and execute targeted attraction strategies to reach qualified candidate groups. Create compelling job ads, promotional materials, and recruitment messaging aligned with employer brand standards.
