Job Summary Job Description: Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is a regular, fixed-term position for one year, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate may work either remotely or in a hybrid onsite arrangement. The Senior Workday Analyst is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for delivering high-quality Workday reporting , analytics, and supporting HCM configuration to meet business needs. Reporting to the Director of People Data & Analytics, this role serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders—providing timely , accurate, and thoughtful responses to questions, translating requirements into solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will bring advanced expertise in Workday reporting (including composite and matrix reports), along with functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules .
